試圖標準化的臨床治療指引

我想這是每個醫師  甚至是病人的期望

能有著單一且簡單的明確說法

針對不同病人的病症

施以簡單安全又統一的治療方法


這幾天想說根據國外的治療指引

來寫些簡單的疾病介紹

剛好看到下面這一段話


THIS GUIDELINE DOES NOT REPRESENT A “STANDARD OF CARE,” nor is it intended as a fixed treatment protocol. It is anticipated that there will be patients who will require less or more treatment than the average. It is also acknowledged that in atypical cases, treatment falling outside this guideline will sometimes be necessary. This guideline should not be seen as prescribing the type, frequency or duration of intervention. Treatment should be based on the individual patient’s need and physician’s professional judgment. This document is designed to function as a guideline and should not be used as the sole reason for denial of treatment and services. This guideline is not intended to expand or restrict a health care provider’s scope of practice or to supersede applicable ethical standards or provisions of law. (from NASS)


連國外的專家都必須承認

專科學會所編纂的臨床治療指引並不能夠促成治療的標準化

哈哈

這句話一定讓很多醫療法律專家跟衛道人士大為光火

其實有點思考的人都知道

天下疾病千奇百怪

就算是壓迫在同一條神經上

每個人的症狀都不會一樣

所以重點在

醫師必須認真找出病人的病因

而且病人也必須有耐心配合醫師並進一步對所屬醫療團隊產生信心

這樣就會把病治好

而不是給的人企盼單一的治療方法來量產治療

也不是受的人希求世界上真的存在統一的治療方法讓自己很簡單就會被治好
